Refund Policy
Custom Hats: All sales of custom hats are final. You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement; however, once the patches are cut, the order will be fulfilled. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or show wear. If you receive a defective hat, please provide photo evidence and contact us at info@swaggycap.com within one week of receipt. Claims made after one week will not be honored.
Pre-Made Designs: If you are not satisfied with a pre-made design, you can return it as long as it is in its original condition. Refunds for returned pre-made designs will only be issued if the item is unworn and in the same condition as when purchased. For exchanges or questions, please reach out to info@swaggycap.com.
Blank Hats: Returns on wholesale orders of 10 or more blank hats will be accepted if the fit is not as desired. Orders of fewer than 10 hats cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will only be processed once the order is returned. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. A $20 restocking fee will apply to wholesale returns (12 or more hats) to cover shipping and handling. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs to and from the destination.
Limited Drop Blank Items: Please note that limited edition blank items will not be restocked and are non-returnable.
